And all of a sudden one day, Kayce realized that she had shed 85 poundsā¦all without being on a diet! Her knees didnāt hurt anymore and she had more energy than ever before. She felt healthy and happy.
She discovered that what began as a journey to lose weight had actually become a journey of learning to love who God had created her to be.
